Catching quality zzzs during the hustle and bustle of everyday life and a never-ending to-do list is challenging, to say the least. To help you stay on track and make sure you’re getting the right amount of shut eye, here are six tips to help you regulate your sleep routine. You’ll be sure to wake up feeling rested each morning.  

1. Stop tossing and turning.Dream Water

6. Soothe yourself.

Since stress disrupts restful sleep, try taking a relaxing bath or something else that soothes you if you’re feeling stressed,” says Donsky. “This will put your mind and body at ease so that you can rest properly.”
