Mettrum Originals Recipe - Raw & Pure Energy Bars

WARNING: MAY BE ADDICTIVE!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Mettrum Originals Hemp Seed Flour
  • 1/4 cup flax flour
  • 3 1/2 cups large-flaked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or nuts of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  • Mix butter, nut butter and honey.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Knead mixture and flatten into cake pan.
  • Chill and cut into bars.

Store in fridge or freezer.
