Diaz shares that the key to keeping her fit figure and controlling her acne is a low carb diet, mainly of lean protein, like chicken, fish, steak and shrimp and grilled vegetables, and eliminating fried food. “I began to realize that by adjusting my food intake I could affect not only my skin but also my energy levels and my stomachache levels...not just the way I looked but the way I felt,” explains Diaz in her book.

Cellulite is dreaded by many women and because it’s genetic and seemingly unavoidable. Even actress Halle Berry is plagued by the bumpy, unsightly condition. Instead of turning to expensive creams or treatments, Berry’s method of minimizing cellulite is affordable and probably in your kitchen. Cosmopolitan Magazine reported that the former beauty queen relies on adding ground coffee to her body wash to minimize the appearance of cellulite. The caffeine and mild exfoliation is believed to increase blood flow and tighten and smooth the skin.

She may have access to expensive eye creams and serums, but Aniston credits her graceful aging to drugstore staple Vaseline. The former Friends star applies a quarter of a teaspoon of the petroleum jelly to her under eye area each night before bed to combat dreaded crow’s feet. “Put Vaseline on your eyes at night—all over. It helps condition your lashes. My mom taught me that,” Aniston revealed to Redbook Magazine when asked to share some of her favourite beauty secrets.
